I was born and raised in Albany, New York. I attended Bishop Maginn and Notre Dame- Bishop Gibbons High School. I studied Sports Management and Physical Education at SUNY Cobleskill. While making my transition to The Sage Colleges, I attended HVCC for a year furthering my studies in Physical Education. I graduated from Sage with my Bachelor's in Physical Education and my Master's in Health Education.
